IXXO Hub – User Fair Policy on Agent Usage
To ensure platform performance, system integrity, and fair access to all users, IXXO Hub enforces a user fair policy that regulates the number of active user agents per account.
- Agent Limit Policy
Each IXXO Hub subscription plan permits 25 user agents (team members or administrators) per licensed account.
An agent is a unique user with login credentials and assigned permissions to access different sections of the IXXO Hub administration panel, including, but not limited to, the Help Desk, Sales Flow, Live Chat, Project Management, or HRM modules.
- Scope of Enforcement
The agent limit applies to all combined modules, plugins, and dashboards within the IXXO Hub ecosystem.
Attempting to bypass the agent limit by:
Sharing credentials among multiple individuals,
Creating generic or shared logins,
Rotating users under the same agent identity,
It is strictly prohibited and may result in temporary suspension or restriction of service access.
- Additional Agents
Custom licensing options are available upon request if your organization requires more than 25 agents. Please contact our sales or support team to discuss an upgrade. - Monitoring and Compliance
IXXO Hub reserves the right to monitor agent usage for compliance purposes.
In suspected misuse or abuse cases, the account owner will be notified and asked to take corrective action within a specified period.
- Fair Use Commitment
This policy ensures that platform resources are distributed fairly and that all customers’ performance experience remains optimal.
