Total cost
The real cost of Zoho for a services firm
Zoho's licence price is genuinely low, and that is a fair reason people choose it. Zoho CRM Standard starts around 14 US dollars per user a month on annual billing, Professional around 23 and Enterprise around 40. The whole suite, Zoho One, runs around 37 US dollars per user a month when you licence every employee, or around 90 on the flexible model where you buy only the seats you need. Annual billing saves close to 30 percent. On raw seats, Zoho often lands cheaper than IXXO Hub.
The cost that never shows on the price list is assembly. To run client delivery a firm adds apps for projects, invoicing, e-signature, support and a portal, connects them, and keeps the connections working. Each app is another login, another admin surface and another place client data lives. Many firms bring in a Zoho partner to do the setup, which is real money on top of the seats and real time before the system feels like one thing.
IXXO Hub prices differently. One plan, every module, priced per user, from 180 euro a month for five users, about 36 euro per user a month, with yearly billing saving 20 percent. There is no edition ladder and no bundle to choose. Setup is lighter because the modules already share one client record, so there is less to wire and less to maintain. Implementation services are optional, not a condition of the price.
The gap
Where Zoho runs out of room for client work
Zoho is built as a wide toolbox that suits many kinds of business. For client delivery a firm wants engagements, documents to sign, invoices tied to the work, scheduling, intake forms and a portal to behave as one flow. In Zoho those are separate apps you connect and administer, and joining them into a single client view is configuration, not a default. When one app changes or a connection drops, someone has to notice and fix it before the gap reaches a client.
IXXO Hub keeps the whole relationship in one record. The enquiry, the engagement letter signed in DocuFlow, the project in Projects & Tasks, the invoice in Sales Flow and the client's own view in Client Portal all sit against the same client. Staff and clients see one consistent workspace, nobody hops between apps to answer a simple question, and nothing falls between systems.
