The small print, in plain terms
The 180 EUR base subscription includes up to 5 users. Whether your firm has 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 users, the base subscription stays the same
Additional-user pricing is progressive. Each band bills only its own users at its own rate, so the rate per additional user falls as your team grows
Subscriptions paid annually receive a 10% discount on the annual subscription
Users added during an annual subscription period are charged pro-rata for the remaining period, at the applicable additional-user rate
Optional one-time services are separate from the recurring subscription and are never added to it
Data migration is quoted after a review of your existing data and migration requirements

Is everything really included?
Yes. Every user gets every module, with no tiers and no per app fees. You only choose how many users you need
How does the per-user price work?
The 180 EUR base covers your first 5 users, whether you have 1 or 5. Past that, pricing is progressive: users 6 to 10 are 35 EUR each, 11 to 20 are 33 EUR, and the rate keeps falling to 25 EUR from 51 users. Each band bills only its own users, so 12 users is 180 EUR plus 5 at 35 EUR plus 2 at 33 EUR, which is 421 EUR a month
What discount do I get for paying annually?
Paying annually saves you 10 percent on the annual subscription. At 10 users the subscription is 355 EUR a month, so 4,260 EUR a year, and the 10 percent discount of 426 EUR brings it to 3,834 EUR
What happens if I add users mid-year?
You can add users at any time. On an annual subscription they are charged pro-rata for the remaining subscription period, at the additional-user rate that applies to your new team size
What are the optional services?
Optional one-time services that get you started faster. Excel Template Import and Initial Setup and Automation have fixed prices. Data Migration and Professional Training are quoted after we review your requirements, so they are shown as a custom quote

No, it is an estimate to help you plan, and all prices are exclusive of VAT. We confirm exact pricing and scope with you before you commit
